Franklin Camp Registration

Campers should be between 9 and 14 years old during the camp session, born between July 13th, 2009 and June 21st, 2015 (or rising 4th through 9th grade). Students outside of this age range can be recommended for camp by their private or school music teacher. However, your child’s teacher must contact the camp directors directly by email at franklinbandandorchestracamp@gmail.com in order to make the recommendation before you register for camp. Exceptions to the camp admission age policy are at the sole discretion of the camp directors, based on both the recommendation of the music teacher and a conversation with the child’s parent prior to registration.

Camp Fees:
 

  • Early Bird $375 (expires March 31st, 2024)

  • Regular Price $395 (April 1st thru beginning of camp)


Cancellation Policy:
 

  • Cancellations may be made for a refund through May 31st, 2024.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 31st, however a credit may be carried forward to be applied to next year’s camp registration.

  • ALL cancellations must be in writing and refunds will incur a $25 administrative fee. The fee will not be applied to credits carried forward. Credits not used towards camp registration the following year will be forfeited.


PLEASE check your travel plans BEFORE you register for camp.

Tax Receipt Requests:

We are happy to provide receipts for tax purposes, however you must make your request during the camp session, either in-person at the front desk or by email. We do not guarantee that we will be able to respond to requests received outside of camp dates, as our staff only works sporadically during the rest of the year. In order to guarantee timely response, please do not contact us after camp is over.
